Road Trip To UTAH

I took off with Isaac and Briana last thursday on MY/OUR very first road trip alone to UTAH (an 8 hour drive) to surprise Papa and Nana. For those who don't know, my dad (Papa) was recently diagnosed with an Inoperable Malignant Brian Tumor. He will start radiation soon, and then Chemotherapy shortly after that. Chemo will make his immune system out of order, which makes him more susseptible to sickness, so we firgured now would be the best time to visit. Papa rested a lot (Which I think was partly to rest up for out nightly games of Skip-Bo), and I tried to help my mom out as much as I could. They loves seeing the kids! Briana is so much bigger than the last time they saw her. Isaac was preoccupied wiith Takota, the 5 year old foster child my parents had at the house. They were inseperable. They really enjoyed our visit. We told them we would come back real soon!!
