There is nothing like a simply decorated Christmas Tree to get you into the holiday spirit. We put our tree up the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Isaac was excited and Briana was amazed, but like any other family with a 1+ year old, the ornaments only go part way down the tree - just out of her little reach.
This is a still working Christmas toy from my childhood. Circa 1985. Holy crap I'm old!!
It is our family tradition to get each of the kids a new ornament to place on the tree. This year Isaac picked out an F-16 Jet and Briana got a Snowflake.
We even bought a beautiful wreath for our front door now that we have our own home.
