Every one has a “First Day”
When they feel sad and all alone.
It can be scary
When you’re out on your own.
Take my hankie, dry your tears.
You’ll find lots of things to do
And you’ll probably make new friends.
I promise we’ll be together
When the school day ends.
Here comes the teacher,
Blow your nose and be brave.
Come on now wipe your eyes,
This is no way to behave.
Well, good morning teacher.
We really must beg your pardon.
No, Mommy and Daddy don’t always act this way.
But it’s my first day of KINDERGARTEN!!
I know this post is super long, but I couldn't decide which photos to leave out, and he is our first to go to school. Doesn't he look handsome for his first day of Kindergarten?He was so excited and ready to go. He didn't put up a fuss, and barely said
good bye.
This is his teacher, Mrs Vogel-Pitts. She is real nice!
We are supposed to walk the kids to the classroom the first week, and we got a couple cute pictures. I forgot how small everything is in kindergarten!
Our big guy rides the bus home every day. It drops him off in front of our community park.
Briana missed Isaac and was excited to see him and gave him a big hug after he got off the bus.
We took him out to dinner to celebrate this BIG occasion and he chose to go to the Aquarium for dinner. They have a nice restaurant where you can watch fish swim by as you eat. They also have a cool play area.
Congrats to our sweet Isaac on this very special day!! You are such a big boy now and we love you so very much!!
Isaac. ...I've never been prouder of you. The way you stood in line when the teacher asked, put your backpack in the cubby, placed your name tag on, sat down, and took the bus all by yourself. ...all without a tears or any fuss.

good job Isaac! I am glad he did a good job. Sidnee loves school to. She just doesnt like getting up in the morning to catch the bus at 7:30 a.m.

I love the way you are teaching your friends at your table. They do need to know the speed of light and how the molecules and the elements work in perfect harmony with eachother causing the earth nucleus to contract and thus causing the cell in the human body...do I need to cotinue?..you know all that stuff already!.Don't worry about the girl who is not paying attention, the are only a handful of geniuses each year, you just happen to be it.
