Potty Training - Girly Style

A week and a half ago Briana and I went to Wal-Mart and bought a box of pull-ups to start potty training. She did okay with those.
She just really wanted to wear big girl panties, so we went back to Wal-Mart a few days later and I let her pick out the ones that she wanted.
She picked Dora the Explorer, and the Disney Princess'.
She loves her big girl panties! She is doing great at going potty. I made her a potty chart and everytime she goes she gets a sticker. She has had very few accidents. She only wears a pull-up at nap time and bedtime.
Yesterday she gave away the last few of her diapers to our neighbors who are due to have their first baby here in the next few weeks. She was so proud to give them away stating that she was a big girl and wears panties, and she didn't need diapers, b/c babies wear diapers, and she is not a baby! So far (knock on wood) she has been much easier to train than Isaac was. It's amazing how different boys and girls are!

What a big girl! Ican't believe how grown up she is getting!

  2. Way to go Nani, we are so proud of you!!! You are such a big girl.

George, it's funny, I used the same charting system with Josie (when potty training her).
