Meet : Calamari He is the newest member of our household. (he's not a member of the family since studies show fish don't have feelings...ask any vegetarian).
He is a Siamese Fighting Fish.
We had an African Dwarf Frog named Kermit that we'd had since January, but he passed away while we were on vacation. We held a small service in the half bath this morning with a short eulogy followed by a flush into the unknown. The kids were sad, but are excited with our new little guy. Here's hoping he lasts b/c we haven't any luck with fish in the past!
Hey! Good luck with the fish. We're murderers here. Our friend gave us a beta that they had for a year that they didn't want anymore and we killed it in 2 weeks. Oops.
