Self Discipline = Weight Loss

I decided to finally get serious about losing the "baby weight". I ate healthy and hit the gym 5 days a week over the past few months, and have lost almost 30 pounds.
I went from 150+ lbs to 125 lbs and I feel GREAT!
It is embarrassing to post the before pic, but it was me...the old me, and I never want to look that way again!!!
