Briana had to have some blood drawn venously yesterday. (see her cute little band-aid and the two bruises on her hand) The doctor thought that she might have a thyroid or liver problem because she hasn't grown in height since her last appointment. After 5 different tries (3 on the left hand and 2 on the right) the phlebotomist finally got enough blood to run the tests. (she is stingy with her blood) She was so interested in what the nurse was doing. She payed attenton to every single detail of her ordeal with great interest. The blood test showed that all levels were normal, so we concluded that either the nurse just didn't measure her right, or she is taking a little break from growing. She was so brave through all of it that she hardly even cried.
I can't say that I would have been that brave... what a little sweetheart! We're glad everything's ok!
