Isaac and David got up at the crack of dawn..no literally they did...6 AM to be exact. So they decided to go down to the golf course and see the hot air balloons. It is a yearly tradition here in Colorado. There were tons of them!! David wishes he would have gotten more pictures.
Briana and I were still snuggled asleep in our beds! Lucky us!!

Hey David and George,
ReplyDeleteEvery year in September the Balloons come to Cedar, Actually, The Kids and I are on a chase crew for the "obsession" balloon, this year will be our 3rd year chasing, the kids love to chase. Our pilot has given all of us a ride in her balloon, I just love being up there away from everything, It is so quiet up there. You guys should try it. It's well worth the time.
THAT'S SO PRETTY! -TJ
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful it must have been, I love hot air balloons.
ReplyDeleteI bet that will be the next experience for both of you, a ride in one of them.
I am glad you get to see such beautiful things in Colorado.
I am sure Briana dreams and sees beautiful balloons and pink elephants all day long...in her head, there has to be a reason of why she is so happy all the time!
Love ya, Amma
Hi -
ReplyDeleteFirst, thanks for including me in your updates. It's fun to see all your new photos and hear what's happening with the family.
The balloon photos hit close to home for me because I've been involved with hot air ballooning for a couple of years now. I don't have any desire to pilot, but it's fun being part of the chase crew. It does require some dedication to drag your buns out of bed early to put up a balloon. This year I would like to go to the rally in New Mexico - it's supposted to be the largest.
Hope you are having a great Memorial Day weekend.
Take care,
Aunt Marjean
