Today in Kindergarten they had their first fire drill. Isaac thought it was real cool! After they got back in there were firefighters waiting to talk to them about fire safety and what to do in case of a fire in their homes. They even got their own firefighter hat.The timing couldn't have been better. Just last Friday here at our house we tested the smoke detectors and talked about our "fire plan" (where we would meet in case of a fire). He even let Briana wear his hat, for a few seconds anyway.
Wow! Super cool hat, Isaac! I'll bet it was really neat meeting the firefighters!
