Denver Zoo In December

For the first day of "Winter Break" (They can't call it Christmas Break anymore) I took my neighbor kids and we went to the zoo. It wasn't too cold, and the zoo was all but empty which was AWESOME!

A lot of the animals were out, and the kids enjoyed getting out after having such cold weather for so long!

The boys don't go back until January 5, 2009.

They have Zoo lights going on at night, and that is what is behind the kids. Isaac got super excited b/c it is an octopus!!
