2 Years

It's hard to believe that it was two years ago today that my dad lost his battle with cancer. Not a day goes by that I don't think of him and miss him.

Sno-Man

Another snow day in Colorado... this time it was great snow for a snowman...the kids and David had a blast making him!! Sadly he melted 2 days later :(

Easy Bake

We wanted to do a fun Mommy/Briana activity this afternoon, and found a great deal on this easy Bake Oven at Walmart (duh) and Briana so soo excited! I never owned one as a little girl. We had fun making a little cake. It didn't turn out as pretty as it looks on the box, but then these things never do, do they?

Submarine

Isaac the scientist built this "submarine" using his imagination and some things he found around the house. How smart is he?!

Star Wars

Since getting a really fun Star Wars game for the Wii Isaac has been obsessed with Darth Vader. He drew this mask and taped it on so that he could BE Darth Vader.

Lego City

Isaac and Joylyn spent a lot of time building this structure. Not sure if it's a city or an airport but they had a fun time! :)

Pink 'n' Sassy

She loves every shade of pink possible and has a cute sassy attitude too!

Just Cuz...

They are so dang cute!! They have had a lot of fun dressing up and playing around the house lately due to the cold weather and snow. They do not lack for imagination!!

Self Discipline = Weight Loss

I decided to finally get serious about losing the "baby weight". I ate healthy and hit the gym 5 days a week over the past few months, and have lost almost 30 pounds.
I went from 150+ lbs to 125 lbs and I feel GREAT!
It is embarrassing to post the before pic, but it was me...the old me, and I never want to look that way again!!!

Cocoa Queen

This little princess is ADDICTED to HOT COCOA. Her daddy makes it for her when she wakes up in the morning, she has it one time during the day, and then she has one as a nightcap before bed. She loves the stuff!!
